Jyothy Fabricare — Saree damaged

Hi team,
The saree which was given was dry clean is damaged .
When asked they are not accepting their fault and instead claim that we had provided damaged saree.
It's basic common sense / training provided to the person which picks to clothes to do initial check up .

Kindly advise what needs to be done here
