K.P. Travels — Lethargic service with bad experience

I have booked Pune Mahabaleshwar trip.. I got vehicle and driver details in time for next day trip. I got info saying By 6AM sharp, vehicle will come for pickup. I tried driver number at 5AM to check, it was ringing but did not pickup and disconnected the call. After 15mins I tried the same number then its not reachable. At 6AM we are waiting for the call we tried the other number from which we got sms... they mentioned there is some mechanic problem please give us 15mins time( Is that the time to check mechanic problems?) Finally at 7AM they told vehicle is cancelled, asking for next days plan if interested. Is that the way they respond after an hour of scheduled departure, its very lethargic service. Our whole plan for long vacation got disappointed because of this. They should have planned some backup or atleast inform prior to customers. I hope they did not cancel just because they had less bookings
