K P Travels — Pune shirdi Daily Trip Bad Service

I have booked a ticket for three for the daily tour package of Pune Shirdi Pune. While booking for the service I had enquired about the package and was assured a Travera would be picking us up around 6:00AM in the morning. The details of the trip were explained and was assured of a 10:00PM return the same day. The previous night I received a call from the driver and was informed to be ready by 5:00 AM. I guess that was to beat the early morning city traffic. We were a group of three people and hence we had to wake up around 3:00 AM for all o[censored]s to be ready in time. Early morning we were greeted by a Tempo Traveller and to our surprise it picked passengers from 5 more locations after picking us. Any ways the trip was OK and the driver was cordial. However, it was the fact that we were dropped the last of all the passengers, that really broke the patience and the mood of the trip. We returned on by 11:30PM that night. Additionally, if any of KP Travels members are reading this, the fare for the daily trip in an AC Travera and an AC Tempo Traveller shouldn't ideally cost the same. If not that then atleast don't arrogantly brush off any complaint that comes your way!! Not happy...
