I placed an order for 3.5mm Radiation free hand set for mobile on 03/11/2015. It was mentioned 3 to 5 working days. I have been following it up and the reply given in mail was the same " we are resolving the issue" No proper mechanism of tracking back. The toll free No. is useless and we are asked to contact you on [protected] and their reply too is quite vague. Only today Mr. Hemant gave a clear picture when I cancelled vide[protected]. Please arrange to credit back my money fully immediately
