My order 12608695 dt. 03/11/2015 is yet to be dispatched I heard. Every time we have to call to know the status and nothing from Rediff shopping on its own. I was indicated 3 to 5 days and till date ( 7th day today) no proper information. Totally negligent customer care. The toll free No. given is useless. They direct me to talk to [protected]. Why should they have a customer delight center at all? I want details of dispatch or probable date of reaching me to either retain the order or cancel.
