I placed an order for 3.5mm Radiation free hand set for mobile on 03/11/2015. It was mentioned 3 to 5 working days. I have been following it up and the reply given in mail was the same " we are resolving the issue" No proper mechanism of tracking back. The toll free No. is useless and we are asked to contact you on [protected] and their reply too is quite vague. Only today Mr. Hemant gave a clear picture when I cancelled vide[protected]....

My order 12608695 dt. 03/11/2015 is yet to be dispatched I heard. Every time we have to call to know the status and nothing from Rediff shopping on its own. I was indicated 3 to 5 days and till date ( 7th day today) no proper information. Totally negligent customer care. The toll free No. given is useless. They direct me to talk to [protected]. Why should they have a customer delight center at all? I want details of dispatch or probable...
