I had recently transferred my gas connection from Cactus Lily Krishi vihar to K2 international Sarita vihar 2 months back. My Consumer number is 11409295. It is very difficult to book the cylinder at K2 International. I booked the cylinder on 7th September 2014 and it was cancelled after four days. Then again I booked the cylinder on 23 September 2014 and cylinder was delivered on 29 September after repeated request. When the cylinder was weighted it weighs 6 kg less and they had not sent the voucher along with the cylinder delivery.
Whenever I call their numbers 26944520, 26944420, they are always busy, it is much easier to get through railways enquiry numbers but it is difficult to get through these numbers.The staff members of K2 international gas agency are arrogant and sometimes misbehave with customers.
Though there is fair number of consumers who have piped connections in Sarita Vihar and Jasola area, and agency receives delivery of cylinders everyday but i don’t know why and how they are not able to meet the general requirement of consumers in that area.
I have spoken to many of their customers who come for booking the gas and everybody complaints about the rude behavior and unfair practices.
We are heading towards to total chaos in the country in coming day as there will rampant corruption, if government is not able to stop such small things and provide necessary facilities and commodities to normal citizen.
I hope IOCL will take strict action against K2 International Gas agency management and get the things corrected forever.
