I paid ₹11, 800 on 25th October'25. as advance for maid profiling, and despite repeated follow-ups for over 15 days, not a single maid profile was shared. The company initially assured that the amount would be refunded if service is not provided, but after taking the money, they completely stopped responding to calls and emails.

This shows a clear cheating mindset — the moment payment is made, the customer is ignored.

I have now initiated a police complaint and prepared all documents needed for a consumer court escalation.
