BEWARE – Extremely Unprofessional & Misleading Service.

I paid ₹11, 800 on 25th October'25. as advance for maid profiling, and despite repeated follow-ups for over 15 days, not a single maid profile was shared. The company initially assured that the amount would be refunded if service is not provided, but after taking the money, they completely stopped responding to calls and emails.

This shows a clear cheating...

I wanted a full time maid for all household work.I mmediately got a call from the comapny and quoted 25000/-salary for the maid and they took 25000/-as their service charge.

They do not do any background check.The maid didnt know any work as she came from a small village and i was told she has worked earlier in mumbai which was a big lie caz maid said she has never worked.Now the comapny refuses to take my call .

They are not checking maids before sending us

This company takes money as registration fees and doesnt give any service nor refund. They literally have fake customer care support which is of no use. I am going to sue and take legal action on Suraj Agarwal. Nisha Roy from Mumbai was my coordinator and her boss Pooja also did not help me in this.

They are forcing people to keep the contract alive.

Fraud company. No service and no refund given. Nisha roy was the coordinator and she is super rude. Fake customer care and i am going to take legal actions on Suraj Agarwal....

We contacted Kaamwali Bai and they immediately put on their best behavior and started promising world class maids. However, what they provide is untrained third class maids who lie to get a job.
During the interview calls, the maids and the representative Sania Khan (in our case) promise that they know all the house work. It is only after they come home is when we know that they don't know any house work as they claim. The maid we were sent had the experience of working in an office. She used to make tea and clean desks. This information of her previous experience was told to kaamwali bai by us.
Within 2 days of her coming home, we asked for a replacement. They kept sending random profiles who didn't know all the housework or didn't fit our criteria. We had categorically told them we need a maid who can do the household chores and cook. In spite of this, they sent us profiles of people who don't know the work. The contracts sent are bogus. I have not signed any contract.
We have old parents, how do we trust them when they upfront lie about things only to get the maids a job and kaamwali will get their commission.

The owner Suraj Agarwal is never available. We don't even know if he exists. I have visited their office 3 times, they give reasons that has no logic. Every time a new person will meet you and assure with new false promises.

The employees do not respond on time to calls / mails. Now we are fighting for the refund. They are delaying in responding to emails so that they don't have to pay the refund. We sent an email on 30th Sept. They responded on 17th Oct. Post that, 23rd Oct we get one more reply and then post multiple follow ups, they replied on 27th Oct.

They think they can take us for a ride. They should be asked to shut down their offices. They are a fraud company who are trained to con people and make them go through mental torture.

Kamwali bai has cheated us as they took half of the advance amount and everyday sending profiles of maid but no one has joined even not approached us. When we asked for refund of amount they are telling it is non refundable. They are denying to return...

So this company is a big scam .. they took the money from me and dint send any maid … and everyday they keep changing and sending pictures of different maids. When I confirm one they send me a new profile . And everyday ms Sania keeps delaying and doesn’t even let me know . I have a senior citizen ill mother at home and this is making each day difficult for us. And the behaviour of these people after taking the money is just disgusting

Kindly note that I am here to put a complaint against the services not provided till date by your customer service agent Sania Khan as promised within 24 to 48 hours. I have made multiple calls and text messages to reach your agent. Initially Sania Khan was very polite and aggressive while selling me the plan and promised that she ll provide me with a Bai as per my requirement as it was an urgent one for my 6 month old baby. She was in touch with me since Feb mid week and gave big talks and promises that she already has the profiles of the candidates and very strong ones and once I pay the first advance registration fees she ll get the interview scheduled the very same evening or else max to 48 hours. Since I have a baby who needs utmost care and attention and both husband and wife working I needed this services asap. After my payment she kept moving away from her calls. After 3 days she connected me with a single profile named Lolita and then Jyoti Pawar after another 2-3 days. Both the profiles i wasn't very happy or keen to hire looking at their approach over the telephonic interview. I requested Sania that it was now almost a week and that I am in a very bad shape and I need the nanny services asap as I had to resume work. To cut the long story short she never came back to me till date with any other profiles until today. I have called her multiple times and she keeps telling me mam I ll promise that I ll close this by the last weekend which just went. Yet another week has started an no maid. I was so frustrated and informed her that she should not have made those big promises and big talks when dealing with customers when one can't deliver them. I will also be filing an official police complaint is because the other companies first' share their profiles and then post the interview when you finalise the candidates that's when you pay the initial advance. Here I am with no service yet. I feel cheated and scamed. I have many office colleagues who wanted the services too I ll make sure I will never ever recommend them to you.

I need my refund of 8000 paid in cash as an advance payment. Just to let you know I have all the call recordings as well as whatsapp chats incase you need them to refer. And I shall be filing an official police complaint if I don't hear from the direct owner.

I hope this will be looked into and my cash refund would be given. Also note with utmost initial care shown towards me by Sania i trusted and gave my advance in cash to avoid GST charges.

They cheated me by saying that i need to pay advance of 10k+GST to them to get maids profile from them and incase if i dont hire through them they will refund the money. This was confirmed over whatsapp chat and still its been more than 2 months and i have been chasing them to get the refund.
They are highly unreliable unprofessional and big scam

We got in touch with this company 3 weeks back and paid the money of 13, 000 for registering with them. We had informed them that we need a nanny urgently and explained our requirements.
They sent one person whom we interviewed and did not like and since then there has been no one provided.
When we kept following up, they started delaying by giving various excuses and then eventually stopped picking calls and became unresponsive.
We then asked them to refund our money but there has been no response since then.
Total scam company harrassing customers.

My eligibility criteria for nanny were as follows:

1. Fluent in English
2. Educated (pre-school teacher preferred)
3. Christian religion preferable.

This was made clear to Ms. Sania Khan from day 1 of my interaction and conveyed to her that nanny is required on priority. Ms. Sania Khan assured and promised me that they would provide nanny as per my criteria and basis her assurance, we made advance payment of Rs.10, 620/-.

First profile was sent of Ms. Pooja Nalawade who herself said that her English is not good and the 5 minute video interview was done in Hindi. Immediately after the video call interview, I communicated and reiterated my eligibility criteria to Ms. Sania Khan.

Despite this, Ms. Sania Khan sent me more profiles of Gauri, Savita, Shreya, Ashwini, Uma, all of which were against my eligibility criteria.

The profiles were sent just for the sake of sending. I didn’t hire any nanny as it didn’t fit my eligibility criteria and asked for refund of advance money paid.

The Company is not willing to refund my money which is against their terms of contract. If the customer has not hired the nanny, Company by all means should refund back the money.

My only plead is I want my hard earned money back.

They have taken brokerage for 1 year and only provided 3 days service. They are not refunding money. They are not receiving calls and are unreponsive. They are running a scam.

Taken full service charges for the year 18000/-+GST & maid provided who has left the job with in a month. After that no maid has been provided & now they are not taking the calls.
They are not at all professional & now not ready to give the refunds. Totally cheater company.

I would like to confirm that I have paid a sum of INR 17, 700 to this company "Kaamwalibais.com" under GST # 27AWYPG0438N2ZU against invoice number - KWB21-22/1994 & KWB21-22/2070 dated 13th Dec & 22 Dec respectively.

I have paid the fee to this agency for maid services, till date we haven't got the maid. They have made a plot by sending a maid but she left immediately in a couple of days, after that we have been following...

I had paid 50% amount on 5th Jan, and they said within 48hours I will get a maid ..but I did not get any maid till 4 days, who herself rejected . Then next time 2maids was shown on day 7, of which one we liked said will join after 1 week, which again was against their policy of immediate joining of selected maid! Then other two profile of maids were not good . Then one which we liked on Day 11, when I said will interview, reshma from kaamwali Bai said that she is taken by some other person!! Means within 3.5 hours the maid was hired somewhere else!! When I had asked to hold it, for interview, but had got busy with my baby so got late for interview!
Now on Day 11th when I am asking them to refund, they are not ready to refund at all! Everything against their contract!
Horrible company . MAID ON HIRE in ghatkopar is much better, and they provide 3-4 choices within 48hours.
Please read "kaamwali bai.com" multiple bad Google reviews, before paying them any amount!!

I paid 15k to them to get maid as commission, they sent a maid who cannot speak, when calling her for work doesnt even responds and was doing full timpass. They sent a replacement maid, the new maid agreed to do all 12hr work for 15k.

After sometime I got call from TRUPTI from Kaamwalibai.com telling that new maid doesnt wants to work, work is too much you give her 16k she will come. When I called new maid, she said I want to work, I havent said that I dont want to work.

TRUPTI is big time scammer. Please dont go to this agency.

The company has taken money on the pretext of giving me a nanny and then started sharing profiles for people who were not interested in the job. Out of the 3 profiles, one accepted the job but got sick on the day of joining as she is had taken a vaccination a week back. Since our requirement was urgent, we called in another nanny who would join us immediately as we had work-related commitments, and Kaamwalibai could not give us the nanny on the date required.

On asking for a refund, Pooja from Kaamwalibai is very good at making promises and following up. But, still, she goes totally uninterested once payment is done and starts talking rudely like you harassing her with calls and that she is doing us a favor by answering our calls.

After a back and forth of nearly two weeks, they have decided that they cannot give an obvious refund.

Please do not indulge with this company and save your money. They are totally not trustworthy and outright cheating people.

Guys, i cant rate them below 1 star hence i had to rate them here else they deserve negative 5 or even less than that.

I contracted with this company last year and it has been merely 6 months now .

During this time, 6 maids have left and i hardly got 4 months service (i.e. 2 months is awaiting period for replacements in 6 months of tenure, acceptable ? well worst is yet to come ) .

It is the worst ever decision you will take if you are looking for a maid and you contract with this company.

they keep on moving the timelines to right and are non responsive in their communication. Their policies are Maid centric and not customer centric. i.e. you as a customer are not important for them, if you don't agree with me then go ahead and suffer :) and yes please do share your experience later on for other to be aware of.

It has been almost a month that we are following up for replacement however apart from next date they don't have any one.

Customer communication is the worst as you need to chase them rather than any proactive communication. Its a pain for which i paid and now i am suffering.

I urge the potential customers to read my experience and decide. On a serious note, i do not want you to suffer like i did. I have already requested for refund because of their pathetic service levels.

I do not want my family to suffer anymore because of my worst choice of contracting with them. Regret it is !!

The highest rating reflected here is a complete eye wash...and my experience with them is like a worst nightmare and i didn't find them anywhere close to even a below par company.

All the review rating mentioned on Google are fake and you can see that they are conveniently only replying to the ratings which are good (seems to be posted by their own employees :) ) and not even bothered to reply an apology note for really bad ratings (rather customers pain) coz they know that its a fact which they cant improve hence they are hiding...

They do not provide the service and will never return your hard earned money. and i am sure to respond to this review, Mr. Atul (who is very rude to customers) or any senior manager from the company will say that they provided the service, also replaced the maid, but the truth cannot be changed. i dealt with kanchan, who i have no problems with as she is very polite and understands the customer, but the agency as whole is very bad. i needed maid for my twin daughters, they sent me one initially but as i was not very comfortable with the maid due to many reasons, she was there for 15 days and then i asked the agency to replace, which they did with a very nice and trained maid, but after a month she left and that is when the agency drama started. they kept avoiding calls or were always busy or different people kept answering, i had to repeatedly keep calling them for which they even said please do not pressurize by calling so many times. and then in the end when i dint have a maid for more than 2 months, i asked for my money back which they clearly denied. which is very unfair. They are a big money looting company and have no ethics. i really hope people dont avail services from the company, as to make sure you pay they will call you a million times, but to provide service they will avoid your calls a million times.

I had gotten into a baby sitter placement contract with kaamwali bai in aug 2020. Till now they are able to provide me a baby sitter. My baby was 1month when I wanted the service, waiting for them to give a baby sitter he's become 7 months.

I was discussing about my issue with Reshma from kaamwalibais.com where i had registered for a maid and made a payment, i wasnt provided a maid and hence i asked for my refund which was promised to me in 45 days.. Its been 5 months i have been following up with Reshma of kaamwali bai... Everytime she tells me 2 days 3 days 1 week.. But today she crossed all his limits and spoke very badly, to that extent where she said jao jo karna hai karlo.. Jab hona hoga tab hoga... Im disgusted about such attitude where u need to listen to all this rubbish to ask for your own money...

I had asked for 24hours maid service from kaamwalibai.com as i was pregnant and being only female at home i needed someone to be with me and my toddler which was informed to the agency before paying 16000+gst
They have the policy of selecting the maid by seeing her photo and then telephonic interview in which the maids agree to all the conditions. First maid joined us she was very untidy to cooking experience she did not bring basic things also with her everything was provided by us. She worked with me for 15 days most of the time she use to be on call and crying and one fine day she said her daughter has met with accident and she left. After much follow up i got second maid which was quite presentable and experienced she worked for us for 15days and told she needs marriage to attend for 2 days and did not come back. Then after follow ups i got 3rd maid who also did not had much experience but i adjusted she worked for us for 2 months and said she wants leave for 8 days and did not come back. As my delivery was nearing i followed up and got 4th maid she was with zero experience and very slow i called up kaamwali bai.com and told them i dont need this maid she eats tobacco and doesn't knows basic cooking also, then after much follow up i asked them to refund my money so that i can pay in another agency and get a maid but somehow they managed to send me a maid who was also fresher i somehow managed as my delivery was due and i was the only female at home, and again one fine day the maid came saying she doesnt wants to work and left.

From the above experienced i came to know that this agency does not have database of good maids they place ad in newspaper and send maids without knowing much about them.

I took their services of 24hrs maid for my baby (3 months). I paid the amount as per their requirement...7500 at the time of registration and 7500 at the time they gave a maid. Who just worked for 2 days and went off. This was in july 2019... Till date i have to follow up. There is no maid that they have sent post that. After several follow-ups there is absolutely no response. I need my refund but the reason im posting my complaint here is please do read the reviews here and do not engage with them.

I reached out to kaamwalibai.com 1.5 months in advance from the date i required a 12hrs maid from them. They were very responsive till the time i paid them their initial rs8620, but after that i had to call them repeatedly for sending candidates for interview. The candidates who came had their own rules and demands which was very odd given we had terms n conditions laid out by the agency. However, very reluctantly i hired one maid on 1st oct and paid rest of the rs 8620. The maid turned out to be very arrogant and has poor attitude towards family members hence had to let her go on 9th oct. Since then i have been after the agency to send me a replacement. As per their policy the replacement should have been sent in 24-48 hrs, which never happened. They sent a maid for interview who has living an hour away from my place. I have been asking them to send a maid and they keep replying that flow is low. I am asking them to refund 50% of my money back as their promise was not met and after 2 months of initial conversation i am still without a maid.

When i registered with kaamwalibais.com, they assured me that they would provide me a maid.in case a maid was not provided, my advance would be refunded. It is now almost six months and despite repeated follow-ups, i have not received a refund. The case handler, tanya was assuring me that the money would be refunded, but has now stopped taking my calls as well.

I paid 10000 Rs for providing 24 hrs elderly care service. They ask for 50% of the amount in advance before they can provide any maid profiles. After paying the amount, they shared 3-4 profiles but whenever the maid is selected, they come up with some reason and the maid is not sent. Finally frustrated with them, asked to refund the money and no response yet despite multiple follow ups

The company i came across online kaamwalibai.com (It have its office in andheri (E) airport road) and they promised to provide one for interview within 48 hours of registration (15000 + gst). I initially paid rs 7500 for registration remaining to be paid afterwords once i finalize one out of three they are suppose to send for interview. But it has been 10 days despite repeated calls i have not got any reply and upon asking for refund they are shouting at me. Please help me to get my refund back.

I had written my requirement of a domestic male servant on Sulekha.com. I started receiving calls from various maid/servant providing companies. Kaamwali.com sounded good to me. A Neeta Patil spoke with me very decently saying she has one male servant and she can immediately send him home. I needed to pay 5000/- advance. When I said how do I know that you will provide a servant asap, she even made me interview one servant Vijay immediately. She also what sapped me his pic. Vijay agreed to join the next day at 8am. But Neeta said she wouldn't give him my address unless I pay 5000/- fees. So we transferred it to her account. But that guy never came. Next day when I called, some Nitin picked up and said Neeta is a fool, but I'm a professional so give me a day I will get you a good servant. But after that there has been no call to us.
