Kaamwalibais.com — Complaint regarding not providing maid even after contract

I have made 1yr contract with your agency. The maid provided by you was full-time busy on Phone instead of caring for my 1.5 yr old child. After your center gave her threats, she ran off within 1 month. This was in June 2021. Since then I have been following up with your agency but I have not got any maid. Now they are telling they are not able to find maid as per the contractual price
