They are total frauds! They provide maids as per your capacity to pay, and not as per the capability of the maid. They sent me a nanny, who I was paying 16k plus accommodation, and after 2 days I realized she didn't have any experience and I wouldn't even pay her half of what I was. Then I asked for replacement and they just kept ignoring me. Since I am working, my mom who is a senior citizen was following up with RESHMA from their end, and she started threatening her.
