I have logged a complaint of my hob on 12th may 2016, regarding its malfunctioning. This hob is under warranty (Purchased on 07/08/15). From then till now the problem has not been resolved completely. My complaint no. Is at0914. I have done all kind of follow-ups possible, through mails, calls, to service center, customer care, area manager.
After registering the complaint & following up for 10-12days, a technician turned up for the first time & discovered that it is the issue of big burner & he will replace the same. When the other technician came in to replace the big burner, after few days, he said the hob requires servicing, after which its auto ignition will work & asked for rs.1000 for the same, as it requires some chemical cleaning. I agreed to the same, but when confirmed with their service center, they said the charges of servicing is rs.450. I asked the technician to do the service for the same amount, and he started giving the excuse that he is not carrying the cleaning chemical. Once i forced him to do, he did the same with chemical which was already present in his bag. Then after doing the servicing, another problem arose. There was some problem in middle size burner and auto ignition was still not working. Finally they agreed to replace both and i whatsapp the photos of the burner and ignition pipe which were supposed to be replaced to his manager rajiv. Also, after completing his job the technician was afraid from his manager that he took 3hrs to complete the job, which actually was required and asked me to lie to his manager that he has already left long back. From then again follow-ups started and the burner got replaced by mr. Najeeb which was throwing black flame, which he asked me to test for a day. Ignition pipes are still not replaced. Now i have started the written follow-ups with the company but still its not resolved. We are not using auto ignition still. Posted the same problem many times on facebook and twitter, which also resulted in nothing.
