Have buy 8month back hob and suddenly one of the burner is not working. Complaint for same its been 2 month no response from Kaff. daily we are calling them no response they are giving....

Purchased Kaff products worth 1.5 Lakhs and regretting now.

Had problem with chimney and they took almost 1.5 months to repair it and faced many issues while dealing with them during these 1.5 months.

Issue 1: Charges during Warranty. Repair executive asked for fee even though the product was under warranty.
Issue 2: No proper complaint system. Even after complaining about this, Kaff just brushed it aside...

I have contacted Kaff Chimney repair service multiple times in the last few months. The service engineers call me and promise they will come but never pick the phone. One such number is [protected]. I have called Regional Sales Sivarama Krishna [protected]. He promises something will be done. I had registered complaint on their call center number [protected]. they said service engineer will attend in 24 to 48 hours....

I would like to report a Fraud case against 4 people from the Kaff service team.
I'm writing to you from Bangalore and have raised multiple complaints about my Kaff Chimney not working for 4 months.
Each time I raised a complaint, a different repair executive came, took the money and did not repair the Chimney.

Hi. I live in Chennai and I had requested for a service on 21st June 2023 as the rubber beading inside the door had snapped. The technician visited and raised an invoice for spare bearing and assured me that the part should take no more than 3 days. Yet I’m still waiting for a simple rubber beading to be replaced. I am from Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. I purchased Kaff Cooking Rang Model KTM 60Ss on 11.08.2012 from M/s Aarco One, New Delhi (copy attached).

From the very first year we are facing issues with oven of the above cooking range as it did not burn regularly unless and until press/hold the switch continuously.

The call center is absolutely waste. You can better replace with a voice assistant.

How are you running such a big company like this?

I had called customer care for deep cleaning of my chimney and on 1 jan 2023 it was done by kaiff service provider at my home by (vishal [protected]). The rotating glass of my Kaff Chimney (purchased in Feb-2022) just shattered into pieces all of a sudden one day (13-Jan-2023). The gas or chimney was not in use at the time. Luckily, no one was close to the chimney at the time or there could have been some serious injuries.

I checked online and others have also complained of the same issue.

Latest model of kitchen Kaff hob not functioning and after repeated complaints no one from the company is responding and coming to fix the problem. I am fed up with it and wish to return it as it is causing too much. It is supposed to be a reputed company but its after sales services are pathetic....
