I am regular user of kaff products, last year in july i have purchased kaff chimney
It was working well till yesterday. But today it turns into disaster, chimney was off and nothing was cooking on gas stove. We all were sitting in hall and suddenly we heard a huge glass breaking sound like a bomb blast. Chimney glass broken into pieces, no was inside of kitchen that time but surely if someone was doing something inside of kitchen that person surely will get hurt badly that time.
I thanks God who saves my family member from this situation,
Is this your standard? I doubt you will be following safety guides in your products.

Hi. This has happened to me last saturday on 26/3/2022. No one was in the kitchen, the chimney was not in use but the glass broke into a thousand pieces. Thankfully no one was hurt. I did receive a call from Kaff chandigarh and called the head in abhay kaytal in jallandhar. They say that they have never seen glass breaking . I come to this forum and i see several complaints wrt to this. and yet they claim differently. they obviously havenot taken into consideration all these above complaints and checked their products and still selling Pan india. Is this the standard? Now they want me to shell out the price of the glass 4000rs almost 50% the price of the chimney. why should i do that? It should be replaced for free, it is not my mistake.it is evident from the above complaints that this has happened and they have not taken stringent steps to check the quality of the glass placed. They have not followed safety guidelines meanwhile they want to squeeze more from the customer. This has happened in 2019/2021 and now 2022 with me.These glasses are unsafe and not of sound quality.all this talk of "i have never heard of this happening before" from the concerned representative is a lie and pushing matter under the rug . This has happened and will happen. Kaff needs to pay for the glass replacement for my chimney after stringent quality control. These chimneys are health hazards and dangerous.
