I am from Tripunithura, Kochi, Kerala and in March 2015, I purchased Builtin HOB, CHIMNEY, Built-in Induction HOB, Built-in Fridge, Built-in Microwave Oven, and Built-in Oven all from KAFF, Kochi. After few months the writings/markings on the Microwave Oven(model-KB-4A) front panel started to fade away making it impossible to operate the oven since nothing is readable. It was reported immediately to KAFF local dealer, KAFF Kochi office staff Mr. Prabhu and Technician Mr.Devassy but was of no use. I registered a complaint by sending message(SMS) to 56677 and customer service executive called back and promised to renew the casing but no action was taken. SMS was send on[protected],[protected] and then[protected] and many times I visited their Kochi office and Dealer office (ETL COMBINES) in Kochi and till today my complaint is not resolved.
