Hi. I live in Chennai and I had requested for a service on 21st June 2023 as the rubber beading inside the door had snapped. The technician visited and raised an invoice for spare bearing and assured me that the part should take no more than 3 days. Yet I’m still waiting for a simple rubber beading to be replaced. Despite escalating to Kaff customer care, I get a standard response 1. The part has been shipped
2. They will escalate this and somebody would revert. Despite waiting for more than 10 days for their reply, I have neither received the part nor resolution from Kaff customer care..
