Kaff Appliances India — bursting of hob

I am using kaff hob and chimney but today my hob got bursted due to malfunction in hob input.in this hob top is fine but input nob got damaged. I have already registered complaint on urgent basis but no one has shown up to repair it. My complaint no. Is ks116356. So please send someone to repair it asap.
