This is the second time i am booked a complaint with kaff consumer service but there is no response.

My chimney exhaust is not working and tried to reach to reach to consumer service several time but other than "we will be sending technician and will try our best" there is no other answer.

Can someone look in to this? My reference number is kf9610

Hob brass burner cracked from the date of purchase, Very poor service, called service center many times no response from there end .. Serviceman visited and said to replace it on 23/7/16 now making excuses, pls solve my problem as hobb is the daily household requirement ..
