Dear kaff,
I called up the kaff service helpline number[protected] to request chimney/hob servicing and a person showed up on 25th march 3weeks after my request.
Kaff technician (From k-tech, a kaff service partnner) strongly recommended that chimney motor needed a thorough cleaning as there was lot of oil in the same. He picked up the chimney and gave me a receipt no: 2258 ackowloding the chimney pick-up for deep servicing. He promised the delivery to be done in 2-3 working days. Since the delivery didn't happen by 29th march, i called up kaff again to file a complaint ( nk2314 ) upon which i was told that service technician has gone on leave and hence there is a further 2days delay on delivery. I called again on 1st march upon which i was told that delivery would bee made by march 5th.Now it's almost 2 weeks since the service pick-up & there is no clear communction from kaff as to what is going on. My calls this week are going unanwsered.
I'm very frustrated, anxious and terribly incovenieced by the missing chimney & the fashion in which kaff has handled the situation. Requesting the replacement of the chimney at the earliest and delay compenstation for such unprofessional/indisciplined behaviour.
