We order an online Chimney from Kaff.in on 30 March 2021 vide order number GGN/20-21/2122 and got the delivery on 2 April 2021.
The order that we made was for 60 Cm model but instead we got 90 Cm model, that is 30 Cm bigger. We raised the complaint to Kaff on same day vide request number[protected] but now it has become our nightmare since then. At very first place the call centre people were not ready to accept that they delivered wrong model and after approximately 50 calls they agreed to visit and check if they really delivered the wrong model. this inspection happened on 7 April 2021 and again after which we are making daily 5 to 10 calls but no response from them.
God know how they service their people if they cant even replace a wrong shipment Was this information helpful? |
