we had purchased a chimney on 8 th april 2015 but the chimney is not working properly .
I had cubmit the complaint for the same on 8 july 2015 but have not received any response from the technician . after calling the toll free no ten times i was told that my complaint has been escalated and will be resolved as soon as possible .
Kindly ask your technician to attend the complain as soon as possible .
