Dear sir / madam,
This is kindly inform that i purchased kaff chimney on 04th feb 2019 from al bahar enterprises and installation done on 25.06.2019 after our kitchen interior completed. We started to use this chimney from 22nd september 2019 as we shifted our house in the same date. I have attached invoice copy here for reference.
From starting we faced issues with this chimney as it was not working properly during the time of switch on / off, vent shutter not closing. Regarding this issues we raised complaint through customer care and further technician, lakhsman ([protected]) arrived on 22.11.2019. We were informed that issue with small motor (Rf-370ch-13380) inside that was not working properly during the time of shutter closing. I was further informed that company would provide new replacement for the faulty motor which would take 20 days minimum time as need to send the faulty motor to delhi. He took the our motor and left my premises by providing the service report (No. 3497). Attached copy here for reference.
Further added here, same technician came to our house next week itself (29.11.2019) by saying that he got replacement for faulty motor. When i checked the replacement, to my surprise its "used old motor stuff" (Removed from some other old chimney) attached its pic for reference. When i asked about new replacement he refused to give proper answer and further i was forced to talk to his manager, saurabh ([protected]) (Name not sure), that guy was so rude and replied like "i[censored] want, take this other wise leave it" then i requested technician to bring my faulty motor, that also he refused to do so and left my place abruptly. My service request not yet closed till date by providing the proper replacement.
Till date i don't have any clue about their response over this issue. Kindly ask you to help in this regard to provide the complete replacement of this chimney.
