Horrible service. Kaff chimney yet to be repaired. Lying on my house floor because the technician removed it in the pretext of repairing and disappeared. Logged a complaint on sept 3 which was closed without being resolved. Relogged sept end. One technician visited, said i have to change the motor and went away. After so many calls and a month later, another one fixes the motor but said capacitor needs to be changed.. We are still waiting for the individual... The technicians don’t waste time in replying that you are not answering your phone which happened only twice and despite telling them to show up anyway given that someone is always home. Even if you call back after a missed call within the hour, there is no response.. Customer care asks us to call technician directly and i have no clue what their job is. Pathetic.. We are going to move to another manufacturer.

Updated by AnouR I had called five times since.. both to customer care Kaff and to the technician Ravi Yadav who had dismantled the chimney. His number is [protected]. The technician has now conveniently blocked my calls and not responding. We tried to call from a different number and he answered. However, he kept saying that I cannot hear you and hung up and no further call backs. Customer care gave me Keerthi - a supervisor's number[protected] and it is not functional. My complaint number registered with Kaff is KF151677.

I had called five times since.. both to customer care Kaff and to the technician Ravi Yadav who had dismantled the chimney. His number is 9848310961. The technician has now conveniently blocked my calls and not responding. We tried to call from a different number and he answered. However, he kept saying that I cannot hear you and hung up and no further call backs. Customer care gave me Keerthi - a supervisor's number 040422252015 and it is not functional. My complaint number registered with Kaff is KF151677.
