Dear sir / ma'am,
I would like to bring under your notice that i have registered a complaint with customer care since 21st, july'2017 of leakage of gas at a very high rate.
Sorry to say despite raising an emergency alarm no one came to attend it. Since then we are not able to use cooking range and doing up a follow up on it everyday. No result at the end.
Writing this after facing so much disappointment from customer care's lazed around team. Please suggest a way out to resolve it at the earliest.
The last resort would be posting the same on kaff's fb page to highlight my experience with the company, if my request left unattended in a day or two.
Hope to get it resolved on urgent basis!
