I have bought a Cooking Range (KGM 60) and Chimney (Albury DHC 60) on June 2020.
From then the Chimney Board got problems 3 times and went for repair and fixed, each time it took more than 30 - 45 days to complete the service request.
When we raised the issue on the Oven, technician checked with the water and said it's working, but we were never been able to use the oven for anything aside than storage o[censored]tensils. The gas top stand is very poorly designed and on multiple occasions the vessels with hot contents fell down while cooking. The rubber bush on the gas top stand came loose and broke in a couple of months. The small burner after 6 months became ineffective and not burning properly, the technicians say that's how it works.
Now the Glass on the front door blasted without any hit, when we were having a lunch we heard a blast sound in kitchen and saw that the Cooking range glass was shattered and all around the house.
We raised a complaint immediately, they mentioned the service technicians are busy and will attend the call within 48 hours.
It's been more than 8 days as of today and no one visited the location.
There's no information on this will be covered by the KAFF.
Very poor service and very poor product. Had a bad experience right from purchase, delivery, installation, servicing and even operations and utility.
There's no direct escalation contact provided for the customer service.
The only good thing is less wait time on the customer care toll free number. And they disconnect the call without even listening and providing proper feedback.
