I am really disappointed with the unprofessionalism to the core of the behaviour by Kaff. Only mistake as a customer I made is chose Kaff Cooking range and ordered it from Kaff.in website - full payment made. They delivered us with a defective product - door broken - there is no way the damage was due to transit. Looks like nicely packaged damaged product. The installation engineer registered a complaint as a damaged product.
We were asked to write an email to [protected]@kaff.in; I wrote email on 20Feb2021 and not even an acknowledgement email from the team. Very unfortunate, we don't even know whom to interact with to get this sorted out.
For our little daughter we ordered the product and now our house is filled with junk delivered by Kaff.
