I have purchased built-in hob & chimney directly from website, sales invoice is attached with mail. After receiving the product nobody dare to call for installation & no response from customer care.
In regards to my work i get it installed, however from the very beginning it has issues. On 08 Aug, a short circuit happened & it nearly burns my kitchen. I request you to take this product back & refund me the money.
