Kaff Appliances India — Extremely Poor after sale service

I'm using a Kaff 4 Burner Gas stove since many years but few weeks back my mother was facing an issue with the burner as more than 2 or 3 burners were not burning at the same time because of some nozzle issue in the back of the burner & also the burner was giving flames or not working on sim. I registered a complaint through Kaff customer service where they sent their executive to look into the matter on the same day of complaint which is highly appreciable. When Mr. Kuldeep (executive) came he told us that these nozzles can be repaired instead of new ones. He told the charge of repairing 4 nozzles + service charge + Visiting charge . In total we paid him 1100 and he gave us a guarantee that they would work for more than 2 months and if any kind of problem occurs he'll bear the expense of new nozzles. After 2 days of service the same problem continues to occur and when we informed him about the issue he says there's some personal issue at his family due to which he'll send some other executive or if not he'll come in 2 days. On the same day due to the burner problem my mother's hand also got burned. Afterwards to not to disturb him we didn't called him for 3 days but there was no response from his side but on the 4th day when we were facing a lot of issue with the burner we decided to call him and what he said was that i thought the problem must have been resolved. But we still requested him to come as the company didn't send any other executive. He kept doing the same for 2 days, promises to come but at the end of the day gave a reason that company is not allowing me to go. I decided to call the customer care support but they were neither less than this. Every time i call them they say that we'll send someone to look into the matter next day but nobody came. One day when they were sending the person on the same day, they provided me the contact number of the personal named Ravi who said on call to us 'why don't you approach IGL?', they will solve your problem. We told him that someone had to come as we cant bear this anymore and this is not our duty to inform everyone daily to repair this as the service was under guarantee . We kept calling all the three persons (Mr. Kuldeep, Mr. Ravi & the customer support team) This is the third week going on with the problem but there is no response from their side. I would request everyone not to buy or use their products as their after sale service is below expectations. As soon as they receive money they would hardly respond to your problem. For me 1100 is not a big amount but it's about the trust or faith we had on a big brand's after sale service. This is really disappointing for the customers to trust on brands like Kaff after facing such a nuisance.
