Kaff Appliances India — Extremely poor response from service team | |||||
I purchased a hob on 26th september 16 and gas started leaking from one of the burners within 20 days. I made a complaint kf 35212 on 23rd oct and some person came with no tools and said maybe the valve is spoilt etc, said he doesn't have the parts and will send someone else to solve the issue. I called him back two days later and he said he doesn't know about the complaint and that he didn't come. After insisting, he said he will give the phone to his manager mr ravi [protected] who is the service manager gives me the same response and that he doesn't know and that he will send someone. I started calling the people i bough it from, new kitchen world on btm 100 ft road bangalore, they said they will ask the service center to call me. Again that same guy who came to my place called me and asked what's the problem sir, i told him that he came and already checked the hob and knows the issue, again he denied and said he will tell his manager to call who is mr suryakant. In all this i want to know what kind of service is kaff providing? This is absolutely pathetic! Was this information helpful? | |||||
