Registered a service for Kaff Hob, 2 days back at Chennai, India. A Technician was identified to fulfill the request. The technician fixes up a time for visit and then do not turn up. Repeated calls to his number remains unanswered.
Reached out the customer care for help. The first executive I spoke was Priya, the only solution she could give me was to wait as the SLA is 3 days. Extremely frustrating to talk to such executives who do not understand the context and can give only one answer whatever is the issue. Requested her to put the call to another executive, which she said is not possible.
I reached out to another executive Ritika, she was patient in hearing. But again there is no solution except to wait for the technician to call at his comfortable timing.
