Kaff Appliances India — Faulty Product - Asking for service charge | |||
We bought a Kaff Chimney in June 2015. The Chimney stopped working withing two months. we lodged a compalint and got a very bad customer service. after three months a person cam eto replace the motor and was demanding Rs 450 for the service charge. First they give us a Faulty product and then ask us to pay the service charge even though my product is in warranty. This is very unfair. every time something or other will stop working and they will ask us for service charge. I would want to file a consumer complaint against this company fir such policies which cheats the consumers. Was this information helpful? | |||
