[Resolved] Kaff Appliances India — From one month | |||
Service Ticket : KF62405 Hi, I would like to bring in notice that, the kind of pathetic service i am receiving from KAFF service, ~10 month back i bought KAFF Chimney and ~1.5 month back it's PCB got issue and it stop working after following two week then send one service person who taken PCB mentioning that it faulty and promise that within 10 days he will come and replace with new one, and most previous 3 week i am following and service center guys keep telling that it will be sorted out and they will followup with service team, but even though all escalation nothing is moving fast it really frustrating why i bought their product . Feb 27, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Today service center visited my place and issue got sorted out . Kaff Appliances India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
