To whom so ever it may concern
I am writing this in reference to my complaint reporting the accident that happened last today in my kitchen because of your stove. So maid was preparing breakfast and then the stove blasted suddenly causing the glass to break into innumerable pieces. Please find the pictures attached in the mail. I am highly disappointed in the quality of your stove and how risky it is for us to use it after the blast. We have immediately reported the accident to the customer care and awaiting reply from senior officials who can look into this and give us some surety so that we feel safe in using it again after repair. It’s because of the cheap quality of material used in your stove that causes such mishaps. As a reputed company I expect you to take the responsibility of this accident and either replace this stove or get it fixed asap. You need to understand that people don’t keep spare stoves at home, because we trust the companies and don’t expect the stoves to burst into pieces.
We have now to wait for the company to replace it since we do not have spare stove at home and at mercy of this top notch company
