Kaff Appliances India — Glass broken and replacement pending since 4 months

We bought a Kaff hob with model non9042TRG.It was installed on 26.12.2015.Right after the instalation the glass broke and till date the glass has not been replaced.Complaint has been registered with no HYD462 on name of subhashini.It has been more than 3 months but no replacement has been done.The Hyderabad service team is not responding properly.Kindly arragnge a solution for us at the earliest
