Kaff Appliances India — Glass broken of hob

My complaint was registered on 22-april-2015 for glass broken of the hob but till date the issue has not been rectified or has been taken any concern over it from kaff. The only answer i get is sir we will call back to u in half an hours time but have not recieved a single call back from thier side really the poorest service given by anyone or for any product in my whole life they really are cheaters. Please dont go for kaff anytime complaint no-TT130995
