We have purchased the Glass hob on July Month. We were cooking some dishes on 24 September 2015, suddenly the glass hob blasted and all the glass particles around the kitchen. By God's Grace nothing happened to my Family. We have raised the complaint on same day morning itself. There was no proper response from the people. So we called the Area manager Shivakumar Bangalore and the way he responded was very Pathetic. And he was telling its customers responsibility to take cares all of these things, it is happening everywhere very frequently and it's not an issue. I don't know these people are really valuing their company because the way they responded showing Kaff is the worst company.it was such an insulting response from such a high brand. We have spent so much money to get branded products and at the end this is the result. Till today we didn't get any good response and they are telling they would replace only the glass part. How will we trust and cook next time. Its only three months since we purchased, so it's our right to get a complete replacement. Hope this complaint will address our concerns completely.
