I requested for installations of the chimney on[protected]. Technician came and did not install the chimney as he refused to remove the old chimney installed and make the passage for installation of new chimney. As per his instructions, i got the old chimney removed and passage cleared for new installation but he did not turned up for installation and got my case closed without my consent. I called on him several times but he did not receive my call.
I was bound to register a fresh request for installations on[protected] but till date the chimney is not installed. Kindly instruct m/s kaff to install the same immediately without any further delay.
Due to this our family is facing the serious health hazard for which kaff is responsible and m/s kaff has to pay me the compensation for our serious health problems due to non working of the chimney. Was this information helpful? |
