Dear team,
This is with ref to the ticket raised for the kaff hob and chimney on 10th mar. Service engineer came and removed the chimney and left mentioning spare part is required.
Complaint no :[protected]
I have followed up 30 times after that but no luck.. Got the number of nadeesh [protected]/[protected]. Tried 10 times but never picked the call. I have never experienced such an unprofessional way of complaint and kitchen interior got damaged due to this one month delay.
If i am not getting this rectified in 2 days i am forced to consumer court.
Never ever thought a company like kaff is back up by such poor customer service and response.
