My hob has been attended to Kaff service man before 2.5 months.
Though I had promised to pay to replace the burners the whole company is playing a cat and mouse game.
The call center is absolutely waste. You can better replace with a voice assistant.
How are you running such a big company like this?
Only if the hob bursts will you change the burners?
