So, I had requested for a deep service for my Kaff Hob. Deep service include flame correction and other cleaning service and was subjected to extra cost if any parts had to be replaced.
The service representative have done a very bad job, I am still getting yellow flames in all the burners, but the worst part is there are yellow flames with the burner he replaced for a charge of 2400 rs.
Coming to the replaced burner, It doesn't look new right after installation. It looks like a cheap product and not company made at all.
Nail in the coffin was from their whatspp handler, there is not a single response for my complaints from this account post service. If this is the service that is going to be provided why bother at all? Just let us go with a local service.
We opt for company service for a reason, we want to get good quality products and good service. If you not provide what is promised with the service with the first place whats the point of having 2 types of service.
Kindly refund the amount that I have paid, or fix the issues that I am facing.
