I purchased Kaff Albury chimney, newly purchased almost 3 month back, giving problems even after repairs by Kaff executive. Its auto open panel got faulty on the 2nd day o[censored]se. After complaining on helpline, Kaff executive came, removed the panel, took it with him and came after almost 20 days to refit. It hardly worked ok for almost 3 weeks and again panel is hanging now.
Our experience with Kaff is too bad.
