We have purchased two kaff chimnies with model no. Opec bgx 60 with touch pannel, few months before. One chimney stopped working. We complained about that and the company charged us rs.300/- for repairing. And now same happened to another chimney. It means kaff chimney is designed for that, after some time it would stopped and kaff will charge us rs.300/- every time. So should we go to consumer court with that. Please tell us.
