I Purchased kaff Hob with chimny in the month of November 2015 with a warrent of one year after and installed in the month of December 2015, after working a period of only one month the chimny stopped working, the same is Registerd in the customer care with the compl no NK O691 on[protected], after reminding many times one technician came to my house on[protected] and said that some part is not working and it requires replacement and then he has removed the not working part from chimny and taken, but till today the chimny is not got repaired and there is no responce from service center, Hyderabad or from customer care center Delhi and iam freuently asking for reparing to Hyderabad service center/office and Delhi customercare center but they are answering very Neglygency, pl arrange to attend the repairs at earlist.
