This is regarding complaint number KF10745 and KF3409.
I raised this for getting new filters for chimney IDEAL DX 60.
Even after a week did not get any call from service centre.
Mr Nagesh kept on telling that there is no stock and would call me once stock is arrived.
No call or no info even after a week.
Since I have their technicians numbers I called them and enquired on the same.
After calling Mr Nagendra and Mr Suryakanth multiple times I did not get the filters.
I persistently followed up with Suryakanth and requested to handover them at my office address as they are not responding to come to my residence address.
Technician Mr Ramesh quoted Rs 1300 per filter which is contrary to the price Mr Nagendra has confirmed. Mr Nagendra confirmed that he price is Rs 650 per filter. After making your technician aware of the original price I paid Rs 1300 for both filters and took them.
Though the filters looked delicate and different from the original ones I got along with the product Mr Ramesh, Mr SuryaKanth and Mr Nagendra confirmed that the filters are original and are from Kaff company.
I paid Rs 1300 for 2 filters (IDEAL DX 60) took the receipt and took the filters.
To my surprise the filters doesn't fit. The length of the filter is more and doesn't match with the ones I got with chimney.
Now I really doubt if the filters given to me are original or your authorised service center
Sri Sai Ram Enterprises, No 12, 1st Cross, GuruRaj layout, JP Nagar 8th Phase, Kothanur Dine, Bangalore 560078)
is selling duplicate ones on Kaff name.
Please take this complaint on your Authorised service center for
1) Giving a pathetic service for the complaint KF10745 and KF3409 and
2) Selling items at higher MRP than the original.
3) Suspicion : Selling duplicate items
4) Selling incompatible items
I would never ever recommend Kaff for any of my friends and relatives in future.
