Kaff Appliances India — Kaff chimney services

I had called customer care for deep cleaning of my chimney and on 1 jan 2023 it was done by kaiff service provider at my home by (vishal [protected]). After deep cleaning i had observed that the colour of strip of the chimney is destroyed by the chemical used by him. Secondly they also misadjusted the automatic flap of the chimney. When i raised a issue with them than he(vishal) told me that he will correct the issues tommorow morning. I had already paid them rs 1500.But after that day i calling him on the daily basis but he is not coming to correct it. Now its almost 40 days and i had made more than 100 phone calls but no one is resolving the issue. I feel completely cheated and feeling harrased now. Please help me and reslove my issue.
