I received kaff chimney on 15-mar-16. I requested for installation at kaff customer care and the technician came on 8-april. When he opened the original box he found that the protective cover is of another model and needs to be replaced (Wrong item packed by kaff). He promised to replace the same in 3 to 4 days. I have since then called and emailed kaff customer care atleast 25 times and they always tell me someone will call or come to address the issue but nothing has progressed so far.
