The dishwashing machine (moedl no. k/d bin gx60 (intra) has been out of order since around april of 2016. when we made the first complaint (complaint number js3560) the technician came and attended. the starting switch panel was found defective and the board removed for it to be repaired. the technician recorded that in the process of opening the machine the leg of the machine had got damaged. this needed to be replaced as well as the part removed had to be replaced.
Ever since i have contacted the service center numerous times. after many attempts the call has been picked up and i have been told, that we will have the complaint attended to immediately, or the part has been repaired but the leg has still not been received.
Subsequently i spoke to the customer center who gave me a fresh complaint number kf 25853 dt 22-09-16 and then despite persistent attempts at having this resolved, i was given another complaint number kf34489 dt 21-10-16. whilst promises were made that the technician would visit within a day, there has been no visit. i sense the spare leg is not available.
Please note that the machine is not operable without the leg. it should be procured immediately and my machine must be made operable.
Please note that the machine has been idle for over 6 months leading to immense problems. if there is any delay in getting the spare, then the machine should be replaced immediately.
It is of extreme concern and hence i write of a company which i have held in high repute and have purchased a gas stove, oven and microwave from the same company. i am sure you would not want me to take this further and make it into a legal matter. Was this information helpful? |
