I bought a microwave and the board got complaint in a month. The technician told that it will take 2 weeks to repair and has taken the board. It is almost two months now and I don't have any information on the same. When I try to reach out the service centre they gave me the Head Office number and the Head Office person tells me that this has been sent to Gurgaon for repair. They don't have any clue on when this will get repaired. Every time I call they tell me "please wait for one more week". I have not seen such a worst customer care in my life.
I request you to kindly look into this matter on priority and fix the board this week itself.
