Hello my name is azhar ali khan i had called customer care last month for servicing. The person who came told me one of the burner needs replacement and said it will take fews days and did not do any service. After two weeks i again called customer care the lady said wait for few days as parts take some time to arrive, now it has been more than a month nobody has come. I feel cheated because i have been having constant argument with my wife as she is taunting me why did you buy product from this brand? Please help me before i lose all faith in your company.
