I have purchased several kaff products 8 months back, i will list it out first:
Island chimney,
Inbuilt oven
Inbuilt dishwasher
2 gas stoves
Bbq grill

I have a complaint with my gas stove and raised a complaint on june 12th. i rasied the second complaint 1 week back. till date, none of my complaint has been addressed.
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided by kaff and i'm planning to put this in social media so that everyone understands kaff.

Kaff services are pathetic to say the least. I have been repeatedly calling them on their customer care number for past 20 days, no status update on my registered complaint. They put the call on hold indefinitely, say they will get back on the complaint status and they never do. Basically the worst service staff and policies a company can have.
